When an organization is going through a process of change, communication is very crucial to its new movement to be successful and positive. Owners and managers will always “talk the talk” because that is the easiest route. They’ll tell you all about how great the change is going to be and what new benefits will come from it. It’s easy to just talk about change without actually doing anything you say you are going to do or what is going to happen. Successful owners actually put in the work, behind the scenes to back up what they said was going to happen within the change.
