The paper must be in size 12 font, double spaced, one-inch margins, with a cover page, and using APA formatting. Also, you need to cite your paraphrases and references in APA format. Discuss the incidence; in the U.S. number of people affected, age group, male/female, etc. Discuss etiology; discuss signs and symptoms, discuss diagnostic tests and discuss treatments.
